I contacted Jeff about getting estimates for some of my spring projects and was informed he would stop by and take a look and I was given an approximate timeframe for this. I never heard from him again, despite leaving two voicemails and attempting to get a hold of him via email. I was left in a pinch regarding the hiring of these projects and had to find another lawn care service. It would have been nice if Jeff would have treated me in a professional manner and let me know he was no longer interested in doing work for me or that the arrangement we had was not what he expected."
