"I was contacted quickly after requesting assistance on Angi. Jack showed up on time and once he evaluated the damage decided the majority of it could be fixed right then by him. He not only replaced all the torn up tiles but replaced the broken ones with others that could wait for replacement. He also taught me how to reset the tiles should this happen again. Once that was done he sent me a contract to have the broken tiles replaced and set a time to have that done.
