"I hired him back in June. He was always very kind and professional and his landscaping service was fine. I also needed repairs so I gave him the go ahead (although he took on the repairs before we discussed pricing) to have him replace various valves, at a total cost exceeding $1,000. I then asked him to see if he could replace sprinklers as I had areas that were not green in my grass. He suggested hiring his father in law. The job done by his father in law was terrible. The pipes were not dug deep enough and had to be redone. Then this September, I discovered they were not connected properly and caused over $1,000 in water usage, above the seasonal consumption. That job was $600 and its cost me twice that in repairs and water leaks. Jose is good at landscaping but not at repairs. He charges double what others charge and in my case, made the situation way worse "
