"I originally called them to fix a leak y roof, They came out promptly did a temporary repair and told me what the problem was. They wouldn't accept any compensation for the temporary repair which stopped the leak. All that they said was that when I was going to Wagner was very good. About 2-4 months later after getting 3 qoutes i decided to go with Wagner for my roof replacement. They were the  2nd lowest price I received. But when I check out the lowest contractor I found that they had a number of complaints against them and Wagner had none. The money was worth the peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. <br />"

They came same-day to assess the job and prepare an estimate, gave me their best price, then 3 days later on the day before Thanksgiving, they reduced it by another $1,000 ("Black Friday Special"!). Then a truck with four professional installers and all necessary supplies came at 8:45AM the next day on Thanksgiving and by 2:00PM my entire attic was completely and perfectly insulated. "Once the job started in August, his workers arrived early each morning and worked hard all day. They were also responsive and professional in addressing our questions and concerns. During the week-long job, Vinny came to the house each day to show us pictures of the work in progress and to address any questions that arose. Upon our request, the workers even installed shingles on a Christmas stable we have in our garden! When the work was completed, the workers cleaned up and disposed of the related debris. We are happy with the results. It has rained hard a few times since the new roof was installed and my mother reports she no longer smells wet wood when it rains! "Taylor Rae did a terrific job for me providing and installing a new front door and sliding patio door. They also built a custom made partial roof over my front door to replace an old roof that had fallen into disrepair. I am very happy with the high quality of the products, materials and installation. They did a fine job matching to old aluminum siding and replacing old sills under doors. They cleaned up everything after the installs. The doors look great. Taylor Rae were friendly, professional and responsive, coming out a few days after each installation to check on them and make minor adjustments. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. Doors took a few weeks to be made and Taylor Rae kept me up to date on status and they were very flexible in scheduling installations. Great company. They stand behind their products and work. "The job was completed by the agreed upon price, and the house was secure and warm again, within a week, as Pete promised. The interior work will be ongoing, as it was the holidays, he will come back in a few weeks to finish the interior of the attic. As noted we have hire Pete during the last 4 years for various projects, if something breaks or is not working he comes back and tries to repair or re-install it. And it generally is a item that I purchased! through no fault of his that it has failed! There are times when a manufacture discontinues making the item and parts, so it is the homeowners responsibility to replace it at their cost, which we had to do once and realize it happens, it is part of the construction/renovation process!"
