"The roof of my 28-year-old house was leaking. I called Above-It-All-Roofing and Dave came to prepare the estimate. We went over the estimate in detail and Dave answered my questions. There was no pressure to sign the contract and Dave provided his cell phone number in the event I had more questions. I decided to use Above-It-All-Roofing because they had the best estimate, my sister used Above-It-All-Roofing 15 years ago and she’s happy with her roof, and the company has many positive reviews. The job was scheduled, the workers showed up on time, worked long days, cleaned up each day and finished in 4 days. After they finished, I noticed black flashing was installed. I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. I am happy with the job Above-It-All-Roofing did on my roof and I recommend Above-It-All-Roofing for anyone looking for a roofer."

"Joseph was on time to give me an estimate to repair/replace a flat roof over our patio. He presented three options. After making a choice, we promptly set up an installation day/time. He had a worker clean the existing tar roof an installed an asphalt sheet (shingle) overlay all up to code. The work area was cleaned, and the new roof has held up well to a week of rain. "Hoyt did a re-roof job, replaced the under-layment and replace lightweight concrete tiles. Corrected problems left behind by previous roofers many years ago. Workers showed up on time and communicated status and daily coordination. Did several walk-throughs at the end of the job to ensure there were no loose ends. Overall - very pleased with the job."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

Aaron was very professional and did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done and how they would do it. The crew was conscientious, on time, hard working and did a great job with the cleanup after their work was done. I was so pleased with them that they are also going to do some other repair/replacement work on my property. I would highly recommend them."

My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.
