He came out to my house the same day to look at my roof. He finished the work very quickly. He was also able to tell me why the shingles were coming off to begin with. "We hired green star to do a pretty large shadow box fence for us. They came out and quoted us in a pretty timely manner, and the fence looked good when they finished. However, a couple weeks later the screws started popping out on multiple pickets. The pickets are bowing in quite a few places because the wrong screws were used. I contacted them and was told that they would be out to replace pickets that week. Two weeks later I contacted them again because no one showed up, again no one came. I contacted them again and was once again told they would come replace pickets that week. They never showed up, so my husband went ahead and fixed it himself. Overall not impressed."
