"This contractor did a very good job for us. He was professional and very detail oriented and his work is awesome. We are very happy with the work that Sabino did at our house. We replaced every window in our house and it was completed in a timely fashion. We have work in the future that he will receive because we know his price will be fair and the work will be great again for us! Thanks Sabino, you are a hard worker."

"From the first phone call this was the most professional experience I've had with anything done at my home. Sales person was accurate, office personnel polite and responsive, and installation guys were wonderful. I've had other windows installed and this experience was by far much better. The final product really added to the appraised value of my home. I would highly recommend."

"The project went very smooth. Tim was the only one that brought up points that other contractors did not. 1. The window I already had was too close to an electric panel. Most contractors want to charge a lot extra to block it in to move new egress window over. Tim did not and said it would not be a big deal. 2. Had many good reasons why I should go with a slider for my particular situation. 3. Estimate received did not just had a price but listed the work to be done properly. Too many contractors skip the details. 4. One of the only contractors that would dig all the way to the footing. Most just dig a hole with a post hole digger for the drain and cut corners. The project had to be rescheduled a couple times but that all was smooth. Brandon, John and crew arrived on the start date and you could tell right away they had a smooth process for installing egress windows. No damage to the lawn because they lay boards down to protect it. Brandon addressed my concerns about the drain and after discussing with him I felt much more comfortable having a better understanding of it. Great communication. They were neat and tidy in the house. I had no idea what to expect having a hole cut in my foundation wall. However, it was suprisingly not that messy. All flashing details with the window were done properly. No complaints I would hire again. In a few years I will be calling about my garage floor."

"I've worked in contracting of over 40 years, mostly commercial.   I was very impressed with Utech.   The crews were very professional.   Daily there was a supervisor who was very experienced and directed the crew with professionalism.  They protected all of my existing surfaces, cleaned up the areas nightly, and were very sensitive to the owner.   Very polite, well mannered.  When additional labor was needed, additional crews were brought in.    The owner stopped by twice along with a traveling supervisor.   Very labor intensive, but they did everything perfectly. <br />"

"Very professional. This was a project for my aging parents and Owner came to their house to evaluate- gave them a range of options with suggestions... Not at all pushy ! We took 2 days to make decision-owner came back...reviewed plans -and set up work within the next couple days! Job was completed within 1 week of my first contact with this company. Workers were very pleasant- hard working. The finished project is beautiful-- my parents extremely pleased . I would highly recommend and fully intend to use them again. <br />"

"The price was $2,575 lower than the same work estimate from another company. The work actually took two days. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."

"The hardest part was receiving a call back as to when they would start. It took a couple of weeks. The gentlemen were extremely polite and even offered to come back to start the pilot light on my old furnace until they could install my new one. They came when expected, did what they were supposed to do and worked very hard.My only complaint was that they left some ash footsteps from my old furnace but that was not a big concern. The furnace came with a great guarantee (I forgot just what it was) I think at least ten years they will repair free of charge if anything goes wrong. Probably on the high end of the price scale but excellent workmanship and service. I would call them again. <br /> <br />"

"Very good job and honest.  Was thorough and checked for other problems.  Was honest because he stated I did not have any other problems with dry wall and window and outside of house. <br /> Has done other work for me in the past which inlcudes installing other windows, doors, mudding and he put the roof on my house.  Would highly recommend him. <br />"
