Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. Gloria the office manager from Capital Construction said this is not right the way this insurance company is treating us. Gloria became my advocate and fought my insurance company and got them to paid for a new roof. Gloria pursued the claim adjuster and did not let them bully us. Gloria is very aggressive in negotiating with the insurance company. This went on for over 3 months until the insurance company agree to paid for a new roof. Unbelievable to this day what Gloria did for us. So, I highly recommend you talk to Gloria from Capital Construction if your insurance company rejected or low-ball your claim for damages to your home. Note I said Gloria is the office manager not a Public Adjuster. Gloria would make an awesome Public Adjusters negotiating insurance clients claims with insurance company."
