Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, is a seasoned professional with attention to detail. During the whole process she stayed in touch with the repair from "tear off to installation". Along the way she provided numerous suggestions and improvements that helped us end up with a much better roof than the original builders installed. Her working with the "ins and outs" of dealing with our rigid home insurance company proved invaluable! We would definitely use this company again."

"Everything took about a month to complete because we had a lot of damage. But my house is way nicer than before. We picked a grey roof on a red brick house and it looks like a new place. So we decided to add in some new paint as well. The biggest compliment though, was our Project Manager Chris, he was so nice. He sat with us for hours while we picked colors. He developed a clear statement of work, then reviewed it with us and answered all our questions to make sure we shared a clear understanding of what to expect. Andres, the project manager provided regular (usually daily) updates which always included asking if we had any questions, problems or concerns. The Green Knight installation crew was great. Their skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Our job included a complex roof area that we knew from the start would be a challenge. It took a lot of work and re-work get it right, but they brought in their sheet metal Jedi to create custom sheet metal parts that enabled a solution we're very pleased with. At the end of the job, they did a thorough inspection and detailing, ensuring that everything was completely sealed, screw heads were painted and any scratches were repaired using paint from the panel manufacturer. Having witnessed the craftsmanship and attention to detail during the installation, we don't anticipate needing to take advantage of their 5 year workmanship warranty, but it's evidence of the company's passion for quality service and customer satisfaction. We're very happy that we decided to step up from shingles to a metal roof and that we selected Green Knight as our contractor."

They get extra points for telling me I should also have a qualified stone mason look at my chimney as it was showing signs of age and the mortar was missing in places."
