I worked with Anna for design, who came to the house and immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. Both she, Tom (project manager) and everyone else I dealt with had great attention to detail, provided great design advise (because boy do I need it), and had excellent communication – available by email and phone, plus you can see day by day progress through their nifty web portal. "Mr. Sandless was very open about the service he provided and its limitations. They arrived on time answered any and all questions that I had. They did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. The type of hardwood we had would not allow us to do a traditional refinish of the floors so the Mr. Sandless process was an excellent option. The wait time for the finish to dry was also substantially shorter that a traditional refinish. We were able to move our furniture into our house 24 hours after the job was completed.  I am very happy with the process and service that was provided and would recommend it to a friend."

"esInitially it started out well but as is typical in this industry, things start to fall off.  He is able to do most phases of construction but prefers trimwork.  The scope of work that we had didn't fit where he wanted to be.  If it was a single job that he was being hired for, I think he would be good.  He did good work but we do a lot of custom stuff and that throws our subs off sometimes.  Super nice guy and I felt that he was trustworthy. <br />"
