"Corresponded with vendor to schedule pick up. The messages were through Angie's list and the vendor kept asking the same questions and was slow to respond. Eventually I call the vendor and they were not able to pick up the junk on time. Original request 5/28 requested pickup by 7/24
However, the vendor did offer the refund my money which I accepted.
