Now, on the annual visit they are using something that they say is not toxic to mammals at all and I'm not sure where they are placing it. Since we switched, we have had no more sightings of roaches! They also clear away webs or insects around the exterior lights and windows with a webster. They treat outdoors quarterly and indoors semi-annually. If we have extra needs, they are available to come any time to address those. We are very happy customers."
