"I was very impressed that our project stayed on schedule, even with ALL the rain, add-ons and a last-minute drainage hiccup. "We contracted pacific outdoor living a few years ago to re do our backyard. We let it go over the years and needed a revamp. They tore out all the old grass and the old deck/pergola. We received the perfect design for a tropical backyard with palm trees, jacarandas, new grass, and new concrete. This was a while back otherwise we probably would have done drought tolerant. "This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
