"I have used Power up before with complete satisfaction. Frank replaced about 250 feet of cable and conduit and 6 LED low voltage lights. The driveway is very narrow and is bordered by a 2 foot wide shrubbery bed. The juniper planted in the bed has heavy roots that impeded digging of the trench for the new conduit. Also, there are other pipes in the trench. Frank and his crew dug very carefully and avoided damaging the pipes and the Juniper. He covered the trench with good dirt to rejuvenate the plants. Frank asked me to check that the work was satisfactory. I checked the lights after dark and found that some of them were not high enough to clear the shrubbery,. and did not illuminate the driveway. Fran is returning to fix this problem. This company is very knowledgeable, competent and considerate. Don't use anyone else."
