"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. We then worked with Motti to tweak the plans, finalize the budget, and pick out materials, etc., and we were able to schedule the project within a few weeks time. Once the job started, Motti's team of workers were professional and efficient, and Motti stopped by daily to check the progress. "G&L came out to hardscape our lawn, planter box and driveway. Mike met with us a few times and gave us designs and layout for planter (and some drought resistant plants that will continue to grow). We also had a few meetings with Dee to discuss the schedule, design, paving stone samples (from Angeles stone), and address drainage solutions for the synthetic lawn. Very accommodating to our schedule - holding off for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Once work started, Carlos and his did a quick and superb job with demo, clearing, pavers and turf. They were all super friendly and answered any and all questions we had during the process. We're happy with result(s) and would recommend!"
