"Finding a reputable roofer out of thousands can be overwhelming. I selected Jack (Jacek) Lekarczyk, owner of J.L. Contractor Services LTD, out of five (5) proposals. They were the only contractor with expertise in both roofing and exterior home improvement. Their “scope of work” was meticulously detailed. Their prices were transparent, to fully disclose all costs. My project began mid-December and required intricate work on the structural frameworks of my brick home and brick garage. Jack deployed multiple teams of “master craftsmen” in roofing, carpentry, aluminum, windows etc, in anticipation of Chicago’s unpredictable weather. Each day, crews arrived an hour early, by 7:00 am, and seemed to work nonstop until the job was done. Visually, it was a spectacular job-site with complex scaffolding and industrial equipment. The massive crew of “seasoned pros'' were of the highest caliber of craftsmanship. They were polite, considerate, “masters of their trade” who took pride in their work. They valued teamwork, like a “colony of ants”, for flawless execution with remarkable precision to stay on schedule. Jack was the only contractor who promised (in his proposal) to show photos for “visual proof” if additional expenses were warranted, (i.e., the replacement of rotten wood). Most impressive, he included the “panoramic photos” in his progress reports which captured entire work sites and surroundings from the sky to the ground. I could see everything as if I was standing on the roof. My new roofs are absolutely stunning! The value-added “fine-tuning” of the project, although unexpected, enhanced my property’s appearance and curb appeal in ways I never imagined. "I had somebody years ago to my garage floor it didn’t last and they did not come back out to address the situation. I happen to be driving and saw a Van from White rabbit so I called the number and immediately was put in touch with the owner Gary. We set up an appointment he came out right away and it started off them doing two projects for me. That led me to have them install slat walls in my garage and having custom workbench is made. Everybody from the crew that came out to the people in the office to the owners were excellent to work with. I’ve Since pass their name to friends and I would definitely use them again great company to work with"

"Went with Kerry roofing to replace the leaking roof and leaking chimney on my mom's house. The chimney repair went great. They redid the entire top, installed a new liner, and tuck-pointed a good portion of the wall on the house around the chimney which was in also in need of repair. No more leaking chimney! The roof didn't go quite as well as the chimney work. The actual work was done on schedule but there were issues with it after they were done. But Tony was more than happy to get things fixed. Twice I called about somethings I saw that didn't look right and he was able to answer my questions (I'm not a roofing expert, was just comparing to other roofs) and then had a guy out to fix things when he determined that yes it wasn't done right. I realize this was a complicated roof, with many steep gables, but would expect an established roofing company to be able to handle the job, so was a bit disappointed there. But I appreciate that Tony is always a phone call away and able to answer my questions and send someone out if needed. They stand by their work."
