"Jesus and crew completely redid our front yard landscaping and did an amazing job. Very communicative and provided us with a vision beforehand and over delivered on the final product. My husband and I had no idea what we wanted the front yard to look like outside of a few specific requests and Jesus was able to incorporate our requests and make the front yard look gorgeous. Very happy with the final product and hope we get to use him again in the future for more projects."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
