Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "As stated above, after contacting Tate from Vicotry appliance he came to fix my refrigerator which was not cooling. He stated that a part would have to be replaced so he replaced. After some time the refrigerator started to get warm again. It took a while for him to respond I asked him to come by and take a look he said he would. He didn't show and after I called and text him he simply said just unplug your fridge for 24hrs. It angers me because I have lost food over this. I trusted he would do his job honestly and not only was he unresponsive he was unprofessional and I'm left with rotten food and a fridge that still doesn't work and 500$ less in my pocket. I don't want to deal with him and this company again I would like a refund ."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
