"I recently bought a house which required a lot of work and I got turned on to Odinson by a friend who had hired them previously. I immediately felt at ease with Emilio (a native San Franciscan) when he came out to give me a quote. He pretty quickly realized that my needs outweighed my budget, so he broke my quote out into three pieces: 1 - stuff that was a safety hazard, 2 - stuff to bring the house up to code, and 3 - stuff to make my long-term wishlist a reality.
