He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help. "

"Pipe broke and the whole kitchen had to be torn down to the studs and completely rebuilt. Installed new sound deading insulation new cabinets counter tops sink and faucet Plus installed new floor and snd trim They did a beautiful job and I will hire them again . They also cleaned up great "

"I was replacing all of my basement windows because the wood frames were rotten in places and had lead paint. The previous basement windows were really high quality of a type that doesn't exist anymore (hoppers that open in and from the bottom) but I chose to replace because I didn't want any wood or lead paint left. When I met in person with the salesman, he told me that is what they would do because of course the wood was obviously damaged. The contract said "replacement window, new flashing", which I thought meant what the salesman told me, the entire frame. The person who came to measure called me on the phone, and he told me that all the damaged wood would stay, but I didn't understand him well over the phone. When the windows were actually installed, they left virtually all of the damaged wood and lead paint. They came back today not to make plans to fix anything, just to insist to my face that I was wrong and they were right, and the salesman didn't count."

"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"
