"The team at A&D Exteriors are fantastic. I originally claimed a deal from them for a roof maintenance package. Our roof is 11 years old now and thought it might need some. We also have had one minor issue and thought they would be able to fix it. When they came out, they determined our roof was in excellent shape and did not need maintenance. They showed us that our roofing issue is most likely actually an issue with our plumbing vent. They did not even charge us for the evaluation! "it went well, but he  analyzed the problems and educated me on the issues and gave me an estimate for a new roof and repair.   there were no tiles etc that needed repair with this visit.   Kinda felt like I paid my $99 for a free roof estimate.   but ate least I know more about whats wrong.

"They called to confirm appoint and did not leave message. I called back because I did not recognize the number and realized it could be them. It took a button presses to navigate to a person about the appoint. They confirmed our information then grilled me on my wife's whereabouts before they only wanted to make one trip. He just kept pressing me about where is she, will she be there, we don't want to come if she will not be there. It seemed difficult to get them to understand that we were not buying a roof today and we were getting comparative quotes for the work. It did not seem to matter. In the end they never came out to inspect the roof. We canceled the appointment figuring it may be difficult to get follow up service if it is this hard to get an inspection. Your experience may vary."
