"After researching companies, I scheduled a free estimate online thru HomeAdvisor, and received a text verifying my scheduled appt. Joshue Alvarez arrived on time for the estimate (a plus for me), very pleasant, yet professonal. He listened to what we wanted, and he offered great suggestions. I contacted Joshue the next day, and we scheduled our installation. The team arrived on time, and immediately started working. They had our new seamless gutters installed in approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, Joshue went around the entire house with us to examine the finished work. He answered all questions (even before we thought to ask most!), and was very specific in saying, should we have any problems and/or issues, contact him immediately. I would rate these guys higher than a 5 star if I could. The gutters look fantastic, and no issues so far! We prefer giving small local companies our business, and these guys are the reason why. "Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
