Crudellos sent Alex out, who quickly noted the problem, the exact make and color of the needed shingles, provided a thorough reasonable estimate, and sent workers over at 4pm to shovel the snow and ice off the roof. "Horrible!! Avoid him at all costs!! I hired him to regrout my stone steps and reset them. I had a beige grout and he put an orange grout that was horrific! he said it would fade it didnt. He then came out grinded the grout damaged our stone, took samples of our grout to match and never saw him again!! he took our money, screwed up our steps and ran!!! BEWARE"
