As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Mike McGee was very thoughtful about keeping my house clean and sealed off the work area, along with my New Washing Machine, with Plastic Sheeting to prevent the spread of drywall dust into my home. Mike did an excellent job of the repair, communicating the repair status, throughout the entire Project. He also removed all the old/damaged drywall/molding debris, and thoroughly vacuumed and used moist shop towels to get rid of 95+% of and residual dust. "We received 2 quotes. Good Sam was our second quote, they came into our home, they put on booties for our floors, actually went up in to the attic and took pictures. They showed us all the area's that were not insulated. They went through the whole process of what needed to be done to create the necessary air flow. We got quite the education. We were not up to code with our insulation. Their pricing was better and they were doing far more than the 1st quote. They were here on a Tuesday, we were done by 11 am Thursday. Cleaned up everything, swept out the garage where they went into the attic. Calling them back in a few months to do a deck!"

"This review is long overdue for a repair done this past fall. . Repaired a large hole in kitchen ceiling caused from plumbing issues. The ceiling looks perfect!!! Skim coated entire ceiling to blend in and painted. Attentive to detail. Should have called them years ago. They were very professional and charged a fair price for the work involved.
