"With the difficult drive, past providers have left more snow in front of my garage then when they started. Not Rotten Rock! I don't even need to get out with a shovel - at all! Their work has been terrific. They have come about three times so far and rated them down a bit in punctuality because the first time (day before Thanksgiving) they had several breakdowns and didn't come till about 9pm. They were very apologetic and promised a credit. Since then they have been great. They are responsive to my requests and are very easy to work with."
