"Scam company. We have a contract for a porch for nearly $90,000. Weâ ve paid over $45,000 for material and services and only have a $4,000 strip of concrete. They have ghosted us for over three weeks and now will not return any calls. The project was supposed to be well underway by now. When I looked up our property for permit information so I can file a complaint against the contractor license, they havenâ t even filed a permit like they were supposed to. This is a red flag when companies do not file proper permits. Generally, that means they are not licensed to do the work. The company is a nightmare to work with and is not legitimate. They came recommended through Angi and I have no idea how. The companyâ s main branch does not answer phones, nor do they call you back. Avoid this con artist company at all costs or you will be out $10,000â s. Next step is legal action. Update 1: Pikes Peak Regional Building Department confirmed they did not file for a permit and are required to do so before they touch my house. Stop Work Order will be issued against my residence now. Update 2: After some back-and-forth conversations and pleas, we agreed to give them a second chance. Big mistake. After broken promises of doing better, they still can't keep a schedule or coordinate when they will show up. They've been onsite once within a two-week period. All I have now is a beam bolted to my wall. Thier original plan that they were going to build from was denied by the building department; no surprise there. It is a daily game of phone calls and excuses about why they can't show up. Additionally, they leave nails and cigarette butts all over my yard and patio. I honestly think they ran out of money and can't finish my deck. Update 3: Still no deck, no approved permit after months of delays. I have holes in my backyard and material all over my back yard, side yard and front driveway. PPRBC notified of illegal work started without a permit. Update 4: Finally got an approved permit, but no material. They haven't paid their subs and now the builders walked off the job. Police report filed with El Paso County for theft and complaint filed with PPRBD for starting work on our house without a permit."

"I called Vlad on a Thursday about a repair that I needed on a Quartz countertop. He answered my call and we talked. I texted him some pictures. He called me back with a price that seemed fair from other prices that I had received, and I decided to move forward with Vlad and EZ Fix. He said he could take care of my repair 2 days later on Saturday. On Saturday he came to my house as promised and did the repair of my quartz countertop. He did a GREAT job and both me and my wife were so pleased with his workmanship. To be honest, I had a very hard time seeing the repair location with the great job that he did. "I had a quote within 2 days. My card was declined by by bank and I had to approve the amount, that was thee only delay I had and it was my fault. I had to make a few adjustments to my order, and I was requoted at least by next day. Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. Great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer."

"This is a dirty company that is efficient at defrauding your insurance policy. We had a fire at our home and the mitigation team we hired, equally as dirty, brought these guys in to handle our contents. They packed us out in a couple of vans and two trips with a small box truck. When they returned on the first day they showed up with two HUGE moving trucks and multiple vans. They filled our house with hundreds and hundreds of boxes then told us they would be back the next day. That night we began to open up boxes. Box after box was 80% packing material and very very few items for example. One 16"x16" box had a single baseball cap, another had 6 plastic containers you get at Chinese restaurants something most people would throw away, in another scenario a train toy set of my son's left in one box and was returned in 6 boxes. The next day when they returned my wife asked the supervisor why all these boxes were mostly empty. With a straight face she said "well the insurance company pays us per box." Dirtiest part was we told our adjustor who then told them their pack out count had to match the pack in numbers so they provided falsified documents that said they were the same number of boxes. Horrible disgusting company. Stay away."
