"Anna does a great job of cleaning and is very nice, but after awhile there seemed to be lots of scheduling issues. More often than not we agreed on a time to come out and I'd have my things picked up for her to clean and my dogs put away. And then oftentimes 10 or 20 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, she would cancel and reschedule. The short notice didn't work for us. After I canceled service with her, I asked for my house key back, which I lent to her pre COVID when I thought I might be away at work. I had to prompt her to ask when I would receive my key back and she said she would have it back by EOD yesterday. It's a day later and I still don't have my key. Anna and her team does do a good job of cleaning but because of constant rescheduling and the fact that I still don't have my house key after she told me I'd have it already, I'm forced to leave this review."
