Not only did he recognize that I had weather damage and could file on my insurance, he also identified a serious hazard to my health from a recently blocked off vent which caused gas fumes to leak into the house. Once he identified the hazardous issue, he did not leave my house until it was rectified. (None of the four other roofing companies quoting my roof mentioned either issue.) He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
