Tom met with us and listened very carefully to our wishes and drew up an amazing plan. The work was completed on schedule, and we were in constant communication with the Dreamscape team. We had a large project, with old trees and shrubs removed and replaced with palm trees, cherry trees, assorted shrubs, grasses, perennials and annuals. In addition, we had our landscape rocks & mulch refreshed. The landscape crew was very professional and were a pleasure to have working at our home. "The quality of the work itself was good and the yard looked like I expected after the project was completed. However, the details leading up to that point were not very good. This is my Mother's home and I live in NC. The original estimate was scheduled for a Saturday at 10 a.m. He didn't arrive until 12 noon. I understand that schedules can get behind, however a call to advise that he was running late would have been ideal. The work was scheduled for the following Thursday morning which I assumed would take a good part of the day. I left NC early Thursday morning for the 3.5-hour drive and when I arrived at 1135 a.m. a small portion of the work was completed but they had already left for the day. When I called to see why the work was not completed on Thursday I was advised that they would arrive the next day (Friday) to complete the job. NEVER was this discussed as a 2-day job. I understand that things do come up but it would have been more professional to communicate any changes in the plan ahead of my travel back to Virginia. While the final product looked good, I was disappointed with communications, punctuality and of course the extra day."

"Ladies and Gentlemen if you do not hire this company and their outstanding no frills workers you are a fool. I'm sorry it's just a fact. Their work was unparalleled. They came on time each and every time. On one occasion they were going to be late and took the time to call and explain and was there when they said they would be. They painstakingly removed everything down to the stumps perfectly, They cleaned up after themselves each and every day. They respected my home and property. Every request I asked for was done to completion with no questions. They obviously take great pride in what they do and they aim to please. Hector the owner and foreman was there everyday overseeing every aspect of the job and was a consummate professional. But the creme Dela creme of this story was price. I had three Angie list landscaping companies come and bid on the same job. Apples to Apples and the price given to me was unbelievable by Hector Landscaping Company. They did the job for what was 4 times less than the highest bid, and 2 times less than the next lowest big. I was blown away. Did I mention the price for their service was unbelievable.... They do all aspects of Landscaping and I can assure you they will be my go to company from now on. If I could give my telephone number for you to call and get a personal reference I would. I’m very pleased with the initial landscaping they did (trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees as well as mulching and detailing flower beds). The cutting and edging is being done as I requested.
