"They showed up on time, did the work efficiently and left the area very clean. New system is a huge improvement over the old system. Two days after they installed, it started raining, and continued for 12 hours straight. I would normally have anywhere from wet spots on the floor to streams running to the floor drain. There was not a single drop of water anywhere, nor was there any damp smell. Glad I finally got this done. I can now replace the flooring in the basement with confidence. Highly recommend! They know what they are doing, and get it done. Had one whole wall (about 32' ) replaced. They got there at 9am and were gone by 3pm. Can't say enough good things about them. "<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "
