The owner Clyde Sanders came out to get a visual on our ceiling repair and said he could do the repair on the following Monday. On Monday morning I received a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. Shortly Clyde and his son Steven arrived on time and did a first class repair job, including repainting the ceiling and hanging two ceiling lights.. They also did some carpentry work on a rotted door jam. So to recap they did quality work on time with a reasonable fee. "We hired Shelby Properties to fix and repair the bathroom in our 95 year old house. OJ called me back within 20 minutes of getting the inquiry with home advisor, was at our house in an hour to give us a estimate and they started work the next day!
