"From start to finish, everything was great. I was concerned with a couple of reviews but was easily comforted once the process started. Austin, the owner, was very professional. The crew took time cover my flower beds and clean up after the roof was installed. Soon after the installation, a storm come through and I called Austin with concerns. He had no problems sending someone out to make sure everything held up properly. I will not hesitate to recommend QE Restoration. They are A+ in my book."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Mark came out and gave us an estimate for removing and replacing our shingles on our roof.  We felt it was extremely reasonable. We then decided that while we were doing that, we would also replace the skylights that had been in place for 25 years.  The additional amount added to the estimate was more than reasonable (we had been quoted an astronomical fee by another roofer to do the same work).  We signed the contract and went forward with the project.  Mark was there with his crew the first day and continued to be back and forth during the entire process.  He had his supervisor there with the crew during all of it.  They were thorough, professional, courteous and made sure that I understood what was going on with the process.  In each instance that anything unexpected was discovered, Mark or Chris (his supervisor) came and notified me. In spite of the repairs, there was no additional cost to what Mark had quoted us after adding in the cost for the skylights.  During the installation of the skylights, he was frequently moving the protective barrier around inside the house to assure that there was no debris from above (our house is two story with an open great room) falling onto anything below.  He later gathered up all the drop cloths and took them out to shake bringing them back in for me!  I found the entire process pleasant and easily managed from my prospective.  I would without doubt recommend them to anyone considering replacing their roof.  They did a fantastic job and I have no doubt as to the quality of workmanship.  They removed all debris from the outside, swept the areas with a magnet to remove all the nails and gave us a 15 year warranty on workmanship.  Superb in every way!! <br />"

"First off, Lee returned my call about an estimate promptly and showed up early the day of appointment. He dispelled false information other roofers had given me about storm damage on my roof, and explained why I had the problems I was having and why I should replace my roof. Totally professional and didn't try to pressure me in any way to replace my roof. Truth be told, I knew before he showed up I was going to replace my roof, but wanted to get estimates from a competent professional. A small aside here, I called several other roofers in Clarksville and Lee was the only one who returned my call besides Young's roofing. Young's roofing came by once, never gave me an estimate and never returned as the said the would the next week to give me an estimate. Frankly, if you live in Clarksville, TN and want a roof done right and on time than you need to call TN Roofing and Siding. I'm sure they're not the cheapest, but in my opinion they are certainly the best. The removal and and install was done in two days as promised, and I have a large roof. The workers cleaned up and were courteous. They didn't catch every piece of trash, but on a job that big no crew would. They accidentally damaged a section of siding on my house day one and replaced it all professionally before they completed the job the next day. Lee's site foreman, Kevin I believe was his name, did a walk around inspection before they left and corrected all minor clean up deficiencies on the spot with no questions asked. Lee stopped by two days later for the final inspection and agreed to replace a section of siding that was storm damaged well before his crew came by for no charge as a courtesy. All told, I could not be happier with my choice of TN Roofing and Siding to replace my roof. Oh yeah, the roof looks fantastic. I recommend them without any reservations. <br />"
