"When he brought the bird cage back from his shop one of the peices that was supposed to be welded on had broken off.  So he said that he would take it back to weld it again and fix the issue.  On the way back he apparently lost one of the fins.  He then called me to let me know he would be bringing the cage back.  When he got to my house with the cage he explained that one of the metal fins had flew out of his truck.  He did bring another peice that he apparently made to replace the fin which looked a lot cheaper then the fin that I had.  I did pay him for the service because I did not see an issue with him fixing the fin, when he came back I was not satisfied with what he had brought me.  He basically took no responsiblity for the missing peice and never even offered a discount for the service."

"AR Iron was fantastic. Ron Lewis visited our home and worked up a proposal with many useful suggestions that I would not have though of. The previous wrought iron was over 21 years old and was badly rusted. The proposed powder coating color was "Brechia Brown". My HOA initially rejected the color but accepted it after seeing a paint sample provided by AR Iron. The all-welded construction did not leave any openings to the atmosphere for rust to get started. A two week delivery was promised but AR Iron completed and installed the pieces on the eighth day. The installers were on time and took three hours to install the pieces. The AR Iron sales rep, Ron Lewis called me a few hours after installation to ensure we were satisfied. The price was fair and the workmanship top quality. I would definitely use AR Iron again. "We contacted Artistic Iron Works because of their reputation of being the best in the business and a referral from our next door neighbor. Dallas came out to our house and listened to our concerns and showed us some samples. He even walked around the block with us to see some examples of other neighbors that we liked. He then sat down with us and drew up some sketches and showed us some finishes after doing a few measurements outside. He was very low pressure, but thorough in his presentation. My wife and I are not impulse buyers and decided we wanted to see their showroom on Charleston before making our final decision. <br /> The showroom was amazing, and we were able to see all of the examples we discussed with Dallas at home. After spending about an hour there, we ended up not changing a thing and went forward with the purchase at the store, who had our order on file. <br /> Delivery took longer than we would have liked, but after the install, I can honestly say, we couldn't be happier with the purchase. The iron looks amazing on our home and has really enhanced the exterior. For people who are sometimes overly cautious with a purchase, my wife and I have absolutely no regrets and can say this was one of the easiest and most comfortable purchases we have made in a while. <br /> About a month after the install, I began to notice a little bit of surface rust, I thought may have been from the excessive rain we recently had. I called the business to get some cleaning tips, not expecting much more than that. After listening to the issue, the lady at Artistic explained that what I described was normal weaping and scheduled a service call where the problem was immediately fixed and they even left behind some touch up at no extra charge. <br /> I don't anticipate making another iron purchase in the near future, but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else. <br />"

"I called Mark on Thursday and he was able to schedule me for Friday. Mark was right on time and quickly went to work. He was very patient on the fans. He made sure that I was operating them correctly and then worked with me until he was sure that I could do them on my own. (I am not very handy.) Mark was very thorough with hanging my metal sculpture outside. He went out of his way to ensure that the wind would not drag it down. Mark really took pride in his work and told me that a few other things were wrong and to contact my contractor. ( I had my home remodel 3 months ago.)  Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went out of his way to save me money. To get done in 5 hours by one person, what 2 people could not do in 20 hours from my previous contractor amazed me.</p> <p>Every thing was left in ship shape readiness for painting tomorrow.</p> <p>The worker they sent out was on time, was polite, and was a hard worker. He started by fixing the mess the previous contractor had made on 2 doors that needed to be filled and sanded. He then went right to work on hanging the rest of the kitchen doors, while doing so, he found quite a few that were either hung in the wrong place, hung upside down, or just plain hung wrong.</p> <p>From there, he drilled all the holes I would need to place handles on the drawers after the painting is finished.</p> <p>He fixed my kitchen sink that was dripping because the previous contractor put washers in incorrectly.</p> <p>He installed my new vent for over my oven/range. He put my dishwasher back and installed it correctly.</p> <p>I cannot say anything but good things about this company. I will definitely be using them anytime I need work done on my house down the road. </p> <p>I definitely recommend them to anyone needing either small or large jobs done.</p> <br />"
