"Discovered a leak into my family room during recent extended rain. After a not-so-pleasant experience with another roofing company to prevent further damage, contacted All State. Scott Lewis and Eddie came out the same day called, replaced the inadequate and quot;tarpand quot; the other company had put on the roof, and inspected the roof and interior damage. Both took the time to show and explain exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Also advised of other problem areas that needed to be addressed. Although All State wasn't the cheapest estimate I got, I decided to use them because based on what was explained and what I was shown, their repair plan seemed most logical. Their worker, Augustine, showed up when promised, stayed on the job until it was completed (5 days), and left the roof and yard clean. Any questions I had were answered and whatever was promised was delivered when promised. Scott and Eddie were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend or use All State in the future. <br />"

"Corey, the sales person, arrived on time and gave excellent input. He was able to give a quote immediately. I paid my 50% deposit on 2/20/18. However as they were very busy they could only give me a tentative install date for the last week of March. The last week of March arrived and since I had not heard from anyone I called them. I was given another tentative install date of 4/2. Since again I had not heard from their scheduling department I called them on Friday before 4/2. The office was closed. I left a message that no one had contacted me so I assumed Monday had been cancelled and would someone please call me and confirm. Monday morning at 6:15 AM I received a call from their scheduler who said the crew was on their way. Again no notice! Crew arrived and went right to work. The work crew was excellent, professional and courteous. The next day the crew was to come out again and complete the install. So 7 AM arrived but no crew. Again I had to call and find out what was up as no one had called me! It turned out it was too windy so they had to reschedule. AGAIN I was never contacted. Wednesday the crew arrived and completed the job. The actual work crew was great! However their scheduler was awful. When I asked if I could please get a one hour call before the crew would arrive since no actual arrival time was given, I was told that was impossible!! This is a rental unit with elderly renters so drive time for me was about 45 minutes. I was unable to properly notify my renters or my neighbors of when the work was being performed. All I can say is good luck if you choose this vendor. The work crew was great but scheduling was horrible. All it would have taken was a courtesy phone call and communication to keep me informed of what was going on. That did NOT happen. Now I will wait for the first heavy rain to see if the roof is good."

"The process went very well, I waited for the company to do my work at my home about 2 months. It was worth it! When the boys showed up to do the work, they did it in 2 days and they did an awesome job, they cleaned very good and my roof looks great. Lisa provided me with a copy of their license and insurance certificates during the inspection so it was easy to decide to go with them once I did my homework. "I don't feel disappointed with the pricing. They just really need to make sure that the work that they want to have done is all in the contract. They really need to check when the workers were done and how the work appears. It's going to take several days. I need to check every single day what's going on because there's supposed to be the tightening up but they made it like leaving loose shingles playing around on the roof. I felt like I had to keep after them to keep them at par. They have a really good form end up. The form was not here when they were doing the work. The roof work was done. I felt satisfied with the way things are done."

"I must commend Window Bright for an excellent job on installing new solar screens, cleaning windows, pressure washing and disposal of material. I called them to obtain a free estimate for 16 new solar screens for my windows, including a large sliding door. I had gotten six estimates from other local contractors. All were rushed, reluctant to haul away my old screens, and highly priced. (One contractor never even showed up or called regarding our appointment). Window Bright promised superior value for my money (including a great labor warranty and free services), a quality product, and a professional attitude. They totally delivered on that promise. "Our exterminator Kyle, is maybe the only reason why we stay with Terminix. The guy is completely amazing. He is beyond professional, he does a great job, he is very thorough, and I feel bad when he has to put on his bee suit and fight with the wasp's that we have but he does such a good job and I can not speak highly enough of him. He does an amazing job. I am so much more impressed with the service now since we have him. The people we had in Memphis were terrible, but he is just completely amazing. Terminix should be very proud that they have an employee like him. We have had them since 2000. I would give Kyle an "A" on everything. He is just amazing. There is no better exterminator, he really is thorough, and he is just so polite and professional. He is just a nice person. He's does not creep me out. He has been with them for a long time.
