"The new replacement driveway was completed on April 10,2026 and there are a number of issues that need to be addressed. The end of the driveway that marries up with and level with the street asphalt was left in an unsightly condition with chucks of unsmoothed concrete and other unsightly issues. Other issues include gobs of unsmoothed concrete as well a poor job of edging. There is also an area in the new pour that is a different color. The contractor also damaged my yard with his bobcat tractor during demolition phase. No offer was made by the contractor to repair the yard area. There was also some damage to our garage floor during demolition that was very poorly repaired and is an eye sore. The contractor also dug a hole in our landscaping area so that the concrete truck driver could rinse the residual concrete for his shoots into our landscape ground. Since that time, we have tried to get the contactor to come back and remedy these workmanship issues, but they do not answer"

"He didn?t do the worst job in the world, but he left much to be desired. Didn?t prep the floor correctly, lots of uneven colors, left clear coat spatter on the walls and footprints on the driveway, didn?t leave a smooth surface on the edges of the floor going up the wall, put to much clear coat in some areas ( very slippery), uneven clear coat ( looks funny) didn?t tape the trim which is covered in flakes, lets a lot of flakes everywhere. He was supposed to come and fix it but no-showed me twice. The name of this company should be changed from ??..Quality Epoxy? to ? ??.I?m Still Learning Epoxy?"

"Terrible experience! Be prepared, they claim they record your visit the make to your home AFTER you complain they failed to complete the job to specifications. They will then up sell repairs to meet your original request. Very condescending and arrogant customer service if you have any issues with the work. Nothing like a concrete company that said "we didn't know you wanted concrete under your stones" lol. Save yourself and use another company. Be prepared for juvenile and unprofessional attack if you do use them and give a bad review as well."

"We would highly recommend using Pools & Palms for the installation of a fiberglass inground pool. Melissa, Mike, and their teams were pleasant, professional, and easy to work with throughout the sales and installation process. And, just as important, they are more than happy to answer any questions we have, going forward. All in all, we can say only good things about Pools & Palms. Pete and Jude"

"Chris Tullis and Donny were excellent in painting my bathroom and living areas. Very neat and professional. The price was reasonable too. They were prompt in showing up at the job for the three days it took to complete the project. I would highly recommend them should you need a painting contractor."

"The result was terrible. Nick must have known how bad it was because he jumped at the chance to knock a few hundred dollars off the bill. We only paid it because the floor was still wet, needed to cure for 24 hours so we couldn’t see how awful the job actually was. The crew sanded the floor so deeply that pine straw debris that had fallen into the concrete 20 years ago was exposed and left sticking up in over 20 areas across the floor. The grit of sandpaper used was so rough the entire floor has visible swirl markings and is rough. The equipment they used gouged the bases of 4 columns that line the screened side of the porch. Nick was specifically told before he started to be extra careful around the columns; each of these will have to be epoxied and repainted. The beautiful roll-lock edge on the open side of the concrete is gouged and hacked up, destroying the edge completely. This is unrepairable. The colored product he applied is not actually concrete stain at all, but a topical applied color mix. While we are happy with the color, it doesn’t give the same sheen and beauty of a stain that penetrates into the concrete. The crew got this color all over the bases of the columns and the white powder coated aluminum screen frame. This will not come off and will somehow have to be repainted. The sealer coat that was applied is super shiny, not matte like we had before and has a million small bubbles over the entire surface. I consulted two concrete coatings suppliers and was told that was due to being applied too thickly and under conditions when it’s too warm. While Nick seems like a nice person, he must lack experience or integrity, not sure which. A reputable contractor would never want their name associated with quality this poor. We did not ask Nick to come back to fix these problems, that would be like getting food poisoning at a restaurant and then going back the next week for a free dinner. No thanks. I would like to attach photos, but there is not a way to upload them here."
