"Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is detail oriented, tidy, has a steady and consistent pace, and is very skilled. This my second project with him and I highly recommend him. I am so happy with the new drawer boxes and easy close drawer slides! At the beginning of this project we thought purchasing drawer boxes from a big box store would be the approach. However, my drawer sizes were not standard and would have required customization after manufacturing. Mike found a much better solution and had custom drawer boxes made locally and to the exact specifications. Again, I highly recommend Mike!"

"I recommend Scott without reserve. He not only repaired my faulty door latch, but explained to me why the problem existed. He is knowledgeable of other construction issues and gave me some much needed advice re. future projects. I will definitely be calling on him again in the future, and I have already recommended him to my friends!"

"The whole experience went great. We were happy with everything about the job Yes Dear Home Maintenance LLC did and would absolutely hire them again."

"We hired the team at Lawlis Remodeling to fix the deteriorating cedar siding and fascia on our home. As they worked, the extent of the damage became more apparent, but they took it all in stride, provided us with rapid, reasonable cost adjustments and even worked all weekend to get the job done. They also showed their versatility by taking on an unplanned project change to replace a sliding patio door. I'd definitely recommend them for any complex repair/remodel job. They're sticklers for the details and we couldn't be happier with the results!"

"We were very, very, pleased with the finished tile and paint work and impressed with their professionalism, great customer service. They were prompt to arrive on the job and if there was any delay for any reason, they called ahead to let us know why and then gave an update on their estimated time of arrival. Would hire again if needed for any future tile installation and/or interior painting for our house."

"Dakota is an honest, hard working gentleman with plenty of experience in many areas of construction. His attention to details are impressive and he always communicated promptly via text or phone call. I plan to hire him for some other future projects. I would highly recommend him. Thanks for a fantastic job Dakota."
