"they installed a 6 foot tall by 270 feet straight line chain-link fence all in one day. Very reasonable price for labor. He gave us a purchase order to buy the parts from the Fence company and then he picked it up and brought it here. we will be hiring them again for the side part of the yard once we are ready. :)"

"Hires for internal painting and crack fixes on drywall had no issues. He said he would go get the paint for the match for the color we wanted took two days worked all day both days. The color was exactly what we wanted. You can’t even tell there was cracks in the wall very efficient very courteous with pricing, explained the work that was being done, when it was gonna be done and they’re out of Brenham, which we asked them to come to college Station and he had no problem driving to College Station to do the job. Great business would hire definitely again and will in a few months to come. moreover, he even asked if he wanted to touch up the crown molding and baseboards which we did in. It, made the area look so much better."

"The company completed three separate projects in a matter of a few weeks. The first was the replacement of our residential mailbox, originally installed by my late father when we bought our home in 1982. The second project was described above by my beloved wife, and involved the restoration of our garage ceiling - which was showing considerable damage sustained over nearly 44 years. The ceiling now looks as good as it originally did when we bought the place. The third project involved caulking a crack in the exterior brick wall which had existed for many years thanks to shifting soil under foundation. The completion of these projects improved the condition of our home, and I would award House Doctors of College Station a rating of A-Plus based on the quality of the work, excellence of finished project, reasonable costs, punctuality, flexibility of scheduling, professionalism, etc. An A-Plus has been earned on the basis of complete customer satisfaction. "Shout out to Siegert Construction in Bryan and to James Siegert. My wife and I decided recently to screen in our back patio, and James did an outstanding job! He listened to what we wanted, his crews were efficient and clean, and the end result is outstanding! The cost was reasonable and fair, and the quality of work was extraordinary. I have included before and after photos. Highly recommended for home renovation. Siegert Construction (James Siegert) 4949 Burt Road, Bryan, TX (979) 220-6835. "

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Caldwell, TX

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
