They promised to come back to make it right, but never returned and stopped answering my calls. Had they come back to make those minor repairs, I could have easily given them 5 stars, but because of the poor customer service, they feel short."

He showed up on time, always checked in to let me know what time he’d be here, cleaned everything up when he was finished, and most importantly, he paid attention to detail and did amazing work.
