"I recently contracted with Drywall by Design to have the drywall in my partially-finished 3-car garage completed. I did my due diligence, reaching out to several different contractors and drywall companies to get competing bids. Out of the five companies I contacted, only three would even come to my house to have a look before drawing up an estimate. Drywall by Design was one of those companies and from the moment he arrived / began his inspection, it was clear to me which company I was going to go with. Gerald and his crew could not have been more professional and courteous. He clearly explained what it was he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and how long it would take. Not only did his estimate beat all the other contractors, Gerald and his team did a superb job hanging, mudding, and taping the new drywall. They also went over all the existing drywall put up years ago when the house was built in 2008, repairing lifted tape, exposed screw heads, cracks, and they repaired a large hole in the ceiling where I had roof repairs done previously. By the time they finished the job, Gerald and his team completely transformed my garage. With a fresh coat of paint, my garage is now just as nice as any of the interior rooms of my house. I could not be happier with the results. If you are needing a drywall contractor, you could do what I did and go through the process of calling multiple contractors, getting estimates, and hopefully finding someone you can trust. "In June 2025, I contacted Diamond Shine Drywall LLC and requested the company review my ceiling texture project and provide an estimate. The owner and his son came to my home on 13 June 2025 and provided me an estimate. He and his son started work on Monday, 16 June, but requested to finish the project on Wednesday, 18 June. On 18 June, at the end of the day, the owner indicated that he was not satisfied (and neither was I) with the quality of his work. He verbally promised that he would return later to fix the texture issue, even re-doing the project if necessary. I offered him additional income to complete the project properly, but he refused to accept, indicating that he would complete the project without additional income. He indicated that he first had to contact some sources in Denver on Saturday, 21 June, to inquiry about additional supplies. I sent a text to him on 24 and 26 June about the status of my project, but received no response. I also called him on 26 June and left a voicemail message, but received no response. Suspecting that he was avoiding me, I called him on 7 July via using another telephone, and he answered the telephone. He indicated that he was out of the country, and he would not commit to a specific date and time to finish my project. I sent him two text messages, July 7 and 18, but to date he has not responded. I contacted another company to finish the project. The company representative reviewed the picture of the ceiling and informed me that the Diamond Shine Drywall LLC did not properly apply the texture. On 25 July, the other company properly applied the texture on 25 July in two hours."

"Evan Eason and his Emerald Edge Construction Team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job renovating my 3,000SF rental property. Evan provided a wide-range of construction services that included popcorn ceiling removal, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, tile work, cabinet installation/construction, and detailed trim work such as the buildout of a staircase (balusters, handrails, and trim). The only other vendors I employed were flooring and electrical. Further, Evan and his team of experts were exceptional problem solvers. Within my renovation project, Evan's work included the installation of all new custom kitchen cabinetry that took 12 weeks to procure. Within the process, the supplier delivered a wholly wrong sized kitchen sink base cabinet. Evan and his team responded by drawing out a "to scale" schematic of what was needed to fix the issue, procured the necessary piece/parts to reconstruct the sink base cabinet, and transitioned the newly constructed cabinet nicely with the other base cabinets. Without the Emerald Edge Master Cabinet Maker skillset of one of his employees, the renovation project would have been severely delayed. To summarize, Emerald Edge Construction was cost effective and completed the project on-time. Evan Eason, is attentive to the construction details and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the end result of this Briargate "High End" renovation project!"
