"Mr. James Pollard and his crew were very responsive and professional. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and left the property in good shape when they were done. 48 hours from start to completion. The only problem was the second batch of concrete that they got from AUGUSTA REDI-MIX was DEFECTIVE. The lower half of the driveway is a different color than the top half and the sidewalk. There are surface defects and a CRACK developed, less than 3 weeks after it was poured. AUGUSTA REDI-MIX Quality & Safety Rep has NOT been responsive."

"They did a phenomenal job on our home!  It was a big job and they executed it very well!  They were professional and cleaned up each day.  We had asked them to stain our front door as part of the estimate and between that and when they came out, our dog damaged the door.  Neal was quick to offer solutions and repaired the damage, reinforced the stoop, added the framing that was needed and painted the door.  We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them to anyone!  The only downside was the delay in getting quotes and on their schedule - but we know that good people stay busy, so it was understandable. If I remember correctly it was 2-3 months from beginning (calling them for estimate) to them being done with the project. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Went well..The only thing I have a issue with was, when the company sent a person to my home to collect the payment for worked performed. They did it at 0600 in the morning..They kept coming back until we answered the door..Was not prepared for someone that early knocking on my door for money..I asked the crew the day they finished work, do I pay you now..No he said..The office will contact you tomorrow..I said ok..Well he did not say someone will be at your door at 0600 for payment..Just seemed weired to me that someone does business that way.. <br />"

I have called owner several times and twice he told me he was coming to finish the work and he never showed. I paid half before he started and the rest when concrete was finished prior to the color being done."
