I like to do my yard myself. I called them just to do the first initial, the spray thing, something that I can't control, whatever they have to do. "Randy came out to my house and gave me an estimate for the trees describe above.  I had already gotten 3 other estimates including one that was not on paper.  I gave Randy the job because he was in the middle of everybody except the one I didn't have on paper.   I thought the guy who was below everyone else  quote me too low and decided he couldn't do the job at that price. I had not heard from this guy for over a week. The day before Randy was going to come out with his crew the guy showed up at my house and said he lost my phone number.  Wanted to know if I  still wanted the trees cut down. I said yes but I already hired a company.  He said he would still do it for $1200.00.  I told him that I would call Randy and see if he can do it for the same price since I already hired his company.  Randy said he would match the price.  He was true to his word.  He did not charge me the original price he put down on paper.  Randy and his crew cut the huge trees down in 2 days and cleaned up the 3rd day. I would hired Randy and his company again.  Very professional and a man of his word.

"I call GEMACO the end of May to let Troy know I had another job for his company to do. We agreed on a time for one of his employees to come out and take the measurements so I would know how much laminate to order as well as other needed materials.  A couple days later Troy, himself came out and took measurements, we discussed other materials needed.  Troy made a wonderful suggestion on a substitute for the moisture barrier product that I had not used before.  When I went to Lowes to order the laminate I asked the flooring department about the substitute and they confirmed that a lot of people use Troy's substitute because it is a  better product for the moisture barrier and it is half the cost.  I really appreciated this savings.  When my flooring materials came into Lowes I called Troy to let him know and he told me he could pick it up bring it down so laminate could sit for a day and he'd get started the following day.  Troy called me from Lowes because there were several other things that were on my pick up order (chair railing, mulch, etc..,) that I had forgotten I had put on there, Troy picked that up to and brought it to my home as well...saving me a trip back in to pick up the other items.
The following day his team came out and set to work; old floor came up quick and easy, underfloor was swept and cleaned.  New flooring went down beautiful, job was completed inside of 3 days.  His team is clean, quick and efficient and I am enjoying my new flooring.
I have already given Troy the name and phone number for one of my Tenants  that I need to have the flooring done by early Fall.   It is a pleasure doing business with Troy's company.
