"These people are nothing but rotten no good theives. Chris took a down payment of $2100 from my parents to get materials for a fence 2 months ago, now he will not come do the work. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. If you want your work to actually get done and not be screwed over go with another company. GFY Chris"

"They completed the job and got paid. There is warranty of 10 years on workmanship. The roof developed leak. I kept calling their office. They would say somebody would contact within 24 hours, but nobody did. It kept on going for weeks. I went to their office. Then they gave me the name of the person and his phone number to contact directly. The phone call to the person will go to the answering machine. No action. Their warranty is worthless. Be careful before hiring this company. You may find more trustworthy one around."

"Ben responded immediately to my inquiry. He came out to the house to look at the roof and give me an estimate. He was personable, professional and thorough. He gave me a tentative date pending weather issues. He stayed in touch and called me with a firm date. He and his crew arrived when he said they would, got right to work. Found the problem right away, tore off the faulty parts, replaced with better materials and gave me a 3 year warranty. He took photos of the before during and after so I could see what they did. It has not rained much since installation, but I am confident that he has fixed the problem. Very nice young man with a great work ethic."

After business hours there is always a technician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We never do any work without you approving the price and we guarantee the work. As always, we leave your home or office as clean as we found it.
"I had a brand new package air conditioning unit installed back in 2005 with a 10-year parts and labor warranty as follows: "1 year all labor, 10 year all parts,10 year all coils,10 year compressor, Lifetime heat exchanger. 1 year service agreement, 5 year thermostat control (Rheem EcoNet Control Center). ** this system qualifies for a 10 year all parts and labor plan." I currently have a problem with a leak in my evaporator coil. I called in and was told that I would be charged $89 for a service call plus any refrigerant and any other miscellaneous charges that came up. In addition, because I did not sign up for a "service agreement" at the time of installation, the "10 year all parts and labor plan" was INVALID. No where in any documentation I received states the requirement for a service agreement in order to meet the requirements for the 10 year all parts and labor warranty. I am happy to provide the documentation that I received from Advanced Air Technology that listed the work requirements and warranty information to anyone, anytime. Never once did I see a document where i was presented with the option to accept or reject a "service agreement" at the time of installation. Now that I have a serious and probably expensive repair, the parts would be covered but I would be charged an enormous amount of money for labor, refrigerant, supplies, labor time, etc. I am very disappointed in Advanced Air Technology and I would not recommend their sales or services to anyone at this time."
