"It took only ONE day for Total Fence Solutions to dig holes for about 15 posts and put up over 100 feet of picket fence across the back yard--it had taken us WEEKS the previous summer to build the fronts, side, and gates. Initially we were not impressed with the job, however, and told them why when they called to ask how we liked it, just a few hours after completion. The corner post had been placed incorrectly, so an entire 8 feet of fence jutted at the wrong angle from the large tree (and extended about 3 feet inside the neighbors' property line), the ends of the posts had been haphazardly whacked off rather than being sawn flat, and a few pieces of scrap lumber had been tossed into the creek. The owner apologized for his crew and asked if we'd like a discount or a do-over. We chose to have the problems corrected, so they came out the next day, totally reworked the offending corner, dug out and chipped the concrete off of several posts, then replanted them so the flat ends were up, and cleaned the scraps from the creek: he called later to make sure we were happy and tell us they'd had a meeting with all of the subcontracting teams to review workmanship and job site standards. I'm glad I didn't settle for a discount, but got what I wanted, and I know that Total Fence Solutions can be proud of the job they did."
