"The owner was prompt to respond to urgent needs of a roof leak and patched the hole on his first visit because it was raining and he cleaned the gutters. He found crack damage to 3 plastic vents and another problem spot. We contacted for repairs. Due to a language barrier I didn?t feel fully informed about the details of the repairs and no recommendations were offered about the ceiling damage inside. Do I need a separate contractor for that?"

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."
