In addition, it is not accessible to heavy machinery. We experienced significant drainage and erosion issues. The team put in two French drains to help with erosion and Leisha developed a planting plan that leaned toward natives, would provide multiple season colors, aid in water control and would thrive in our complex soil conditions. "Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable. 
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up. 
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"This project could not have gone better, and it could not have been handled more professionally.  This required absolutely backbreaking work on the part of John's team.  Richie and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding our patio (it look beautiful - thank you!) and the team that scraped, cleared, re-graded and re-sodded the yard was professional, efficient and wonderful to work with.
John and his managers are a hands-on group.  I happened to be working from home part of one of the days that the team was on-site.  John or one of his leads stopped by the house 3-4 times during the day to check on the progress of the job, guide the team and make sure we were still on schedule.  John also checked in every day or so on email, which is much appreciated.  He has even checked in after the job was completed with quick tips on managing new sod through this hot dry weather we've had.
We have worked with John on 4-5 different projects and he and the team have done incredible work each time.  His crews are managed well, are very professional, and treat your home/yard with respect (many companies in this space do not).
