"Tyler and his team are nothing short of amazing! They are professional, kind, honest, and some of the hardest working people I have ever met! I reached out to Tyler for an estimate for a retaining wall and a drainage issue we were having in our backyard. Tyler contacted me and came out the very next day to assess the issue. He got back to us that same day with an estimate that was more than reasonable! Tyler told us exactly what we needed to have done: 1) A new retaining wall (our current one was crumbling because roots from trees we had removed were pushing through it) 2) a catch basin in the middle of our yard that would move through to the front yard through a pipe system 3) stump removal 4) leveling out our backyard to make sure the water would flow towards the newly installed catch Basin 5) grass seed 6) clean up He fit us in his schedule very quickly and work got started. What we thought would take at least 3 weeks took a total of four days! The men on site (Carlos and his guys) were so kind and were all so personable and polite! We were so glad they were working on our project and they answered any questions we had for them. I also thought it was awesome that Tyler was on site every day and spoke to us whenever we wanted to. This is an all around great guy and team! The guys also had their work cut out for them they apparently found huge rocks underground as they were digging and they Popped them out and kept going and then they found roots from who knows where. They worked so **** ** this project! They also cleaned up after themselves and did not leave us with a mess. Tyler even noticed a big tree branch had fallen into our yard after a storm and he and his guys cut it up and took it away without even thinking twice. Tyler’s Office Manager Darcy is the sweetest and she would reach out to us throughout the process to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything! This has given my family so much peace if mind knowing our water issues are resolved in our backyard. We also now have a beautiful space to enjoy! Our dog Carson monitored the entire process and he also thoroughly enjoyed watching the team give him the backyard of his dreams! Tyler we can’t wait to work with you again in the future and we have already given your name out to anyone we know looking for any kind of landscape work! "This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

"We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"

"It was a cold and wintry March day when I wanted my windows to sparkle, and although snow and a sick workman interfered, Jeff was good to his word and had my house sparkling for her photo shoot. Jeff assured me that, no matter what the temperature, his crew could do my enormous Queen Anne Victorian (62 windows) in a half day. He recommended removal of the screens to make the house look beautiful, and it was a great suggestion. We have original windows on the front, and they are 129 years old. The crew was thorough and gentle, and I was thrilled with the job. We cleaned the interior windows ourselves to stay within budget and simplify the prep, but Gem's crew did "in and out" for the kitchen skylight and five basement windows, as well as a few that the crew must have felt demanded their touch. I can't say enough for their good work and positive attitude, given that the weather was frigid, they were pulled to fill in for another crew, and I wanted all the screens to be labeled (I followed him and labeled them myself). I wish I had found them years ago, before selling the house, which sold in two days :-) And yes, they even honored an Angie's List coupon!"
