"When they finally got to it, the workmanship was outstanding. We made our downpayment in October 2024 but the work wasn't done until June 2025. I'll admit the weather was the main obstacle, but communication from them was sparse. Emails I sent them were not replied to for days or weeks, sometimes not at all. Another peeve: they did put down a drop cloth below the skylights being replaced, but nevertheless there was a light coating of fine sawdust on floors and furniture outside of the drop cloth. Very hard-working guys, they remove all shingles on a 20 square roof within 2h. unfortunately the plywood was bad and need it to be replaced these guys did something that no company would do it they removed all plywood did framing repair installed 5/8 plywood and charged me only for the cost of plywood. I give them 5 stars for the job that they did and i will never deal with any other company besides HomeMaster."
