"Good things happen. I was fortunate to find the Braun General Contracting company after a search to find some one to coat my porch roof. William Braun came gave me an estimate after climbing up on the roof. He also noted that there were also loose roof vents. He took pictures of the roof to be coated and loose vents. When he pointed the loose vents out to me in the picture I could see their loose nature from the ground. He provided me with a detailed quote that included the name of the material to be applied to the roof and what he would do to secure the vents. The quote made sense to me. He came and did a very professional job just as he said he would. I highly recommend looking up information about Braun General Contracting and if you need the type of work they do contact them. GACO Silicone Roof product states TWO COATS ARE REQUIRED This roofer only applied one coat - gave me BS about an old coat of another non-silicone product already there. I believe the price he charged should have been for two coats and therefore, believe I was overcharged. SPECIFY IN THE CONTRACT how many coats you want to be done!!"
