"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Called before coming. Very prompt. Old light could not be repaired. Electrician obtained a new one that fit the area of the old one. I had contacted Roby to do this because of family members coming to Charlotte over Thanksgiving. The guest bathroom light stopped working one day before. The office manager was very helpful in scheduling the service. The electrician was also able to complete the work on the carport and kitchen light the same day. The work on the latter two lights that I had purchased earlier was to be scheduled for a later date. The electrician was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. The cost of all of the work and new bathroom fixture was very reasonable. I will contact Roby Electric for all future electrical needs."
