The pictures don?t tell the whole story but if you review some of my photographs it appears so clear you might think the window was open. All the screens were cleaned and the window sills also. "If I could give it zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional kids with a shop vac. They. Active. Dryer is now broken. Sketchy that the kids who came posed as Charles Edwards, the supposed owner. Did not feel safe. Do not recommend at all. New company came and agreed they did nothing and did damage to my dryer."

"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."
